Curds maker – double “O” type

The curds maker prepares, cuts and bakes the curds to produce cheese. The tank is of heat-exchange type, with indirect heating. It has the shape of the number “8” and is made of stainless steel. With this shape, there are no “dead” areas in the workspace, and therefore the mixing and cutting of the curds becomes maximally intensive. Speed regulation is stepless with a frequency converter.
