Mussel Declumper

Mussel declumpers are designed for separating and cleaning. The mussel-laden rope is mounted onto the declumper. A rubber stop pares the mussels from the culture rope. Mussels then pass into a revolving drum with stirrers. This drum, with its constant inflow of sea water and revolving action, both declumps and cleans impurities from crops.
The mussel declumper is driven by a reduction motor gear with a hydraulic drive mounted onto it. Drum revolving speed can be adjusted with ease by means of a controller.

Mussel Elevator

The elevator is designed to move of mussels. It has a feed box and a bladed plastic chain lane. A reduction gear sets it in motion.

Mussel Sorting Machine

Designed to sort mussels according to size in three different fractions. It features a feeder chute, collector chutes for graded mussel fractions, and a drum. The drum is made out of stainless rods and has two sections to collect fractions. Larger mussels are discharged at drum outlet. The machine is equipped with washing pipes top-mounted on the drum for continuous bathing of mussels.

Mussel Seeder

It’s is a machine designed to seed mussel farming fields with spats. Mounted on a floating platform.
Small mussels are fed to the mussel seeder hopper. Spats are then seeded onto special stockings that, along with the carrier rope, are hauled back to sea for ongrowing. The seeder is hydraulically driven.
